Term & Condition
- All orders must be paid in full before being processed. Payment can be made through available methods (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash in store).
- Delivery is carried out according to the agreed schedule. For pickup orders, the buyer is required to pick up the product within the specified time. Delays in pickup may affect product quality.
- All products are made fresh daily. We are not responsible for product quality after the recommended consumption period.
- Order cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time. Refunds do not apply to products that have already been produced.
- Special orders (custom cakes, event catering) require design confirmation and a down payment. Design changes after confirmation are not guaranteed.
